The hotel in Talamanca del Jarama represents a new paradigm as a destination hotel. Located on the outskirts of Madrid, the hotel’s design offers a comprehensive landscape linked to relaxation, sustainability, and the enhancement of a region associated with what is known as “empty Spain.”

As part of the KM0 Tourism initiative, the hotel responds to the demand for sophisticated urban design in a rural setting, using local land and materials as design tools and highlighting natural elements such as light, water, shade, and native vegetation to create a landscape of hedonism and calm in a nearby area.
