Alfaro-Manrique Atelier is a multidisciplinary design, architecture, and consulting studio specializing in the hospitality and tourism sector.
Experience and technique
Throughout our history, we have drafted and executed numerous hotel projects of different scales and conceptualizations, in which a narrative linked to the concept defined with the client, the discourse of the building or the place, and the reinterpretation through the mastery of contemporary design of the native landscapes that tourists want to find when approaching a location predominate. We bring the experience that the client seeks to architecture and design.
We have technical expertise in the product and the hotel world, which leads us to collaborate with leading consulting firms in different phases of the project, as experts in the drafting and analysis of hotel buildings, thus ensuring control of the investment made in each aspect or stage of the project, knowing what is required in terms of return on the subsequent hotel operation.
Comprehensive solutions
We offer comprehensive solutions that go beyond the standardized solutions of large companies, through our design work, offering a tourism product that is integrated into the correct definition and execution of the architectural program that a hotel requires so that the investment is positive from a financial and brand perspective.
For this reason, we support architectural and interior design work in a project and construction management model linked to the real estate sector in the initial phases on the one hand, and to the project manager in the planning and execution phases on the other, depending on the client’s requirements and the stage of the project in which we are involved.
Research
We conduct ongoing research and have extensive knowledge of the tourism sector related to the tourist experience. We seek to apply this knowledge to the interior design and rebranding projects in which we participate and to the recreation of hotel environments that reflect the demands set by trends and hotel tradition in our country.
