Alfaro-Manrique Atelier acted as architect on the restoration and conversion project for hotel use, developing an architectural project that highlighted the rich heritage of the building, respecting its historical essence and restoring its most distinctive elements.

The building stands out for its references to music, present in frescoes and interior coffered ceilings that evoke a unique atmosphere. In addition, the mosaic floors, with their fascinating range of colors, were meticulously preserved and restored, becoming the central theme that inspired the interior design project.
